How much is shipping?

Shipping Charges Flat rate Rs. 99/- all over India. 

 

What is Processing time? Why it is so long?

We understand you cannot wait for your Customized Chocolate to arrive as soon you order on our 24x7 online stores. However all chocolate are made “Fresh to order” & only for you & Since we outsource our Chocolate  which require Proper Melting , Processing & Customization which takes 2-3 Days depending upon Work Load .

 

Which Courier Service is used to deliver chocolate?

For All Shipment we use Fed Ex Domestic Priority Services.

 

Will an invoice be shipped with the package?

No we do not include invoices in the package. We’d hate to ruin the surprise when your gift is opened. Instead we will email the invoice directly to you when you order.

 

Do you ship outside India?

Unfortunately at this moment delivery outside India is not possible as the shipping times are not guaranteed for international shipments. Customs requirements can vary from country to country and can also cause delays beyond our control.

 

When will my Chocolates be delivered?

We normally take 5-7 days to deliver your Products on national level , However Mumbai Shipments are delivered in 3 Working Days.

 

Can I request for my chocolates to be delivered at a specific time?

We don’t like to keep you waiting for your chocolate, but because they are delivered by courier .we can’t guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. The chocolates may be delivered any time up to 7pm depending upon the courier’s delivery schedule.

 

What if the recipient is not home?

Courier Company will make a second attempt on next day, and still if you are unavailable and the parcel is returned to us then we are not responsible for refund or any claim.

 

Will my parcel be delayed when sent to a business address, hospital or school?

We do our best to deliver your purchase on the date you have requested. Unfortunately it is out of our control when your package is held up within the company's mailroom system. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm with the company before placing your order.

 

Can I ship to a PO Box?

How are products packaged for shipping, and how do you pack your orders to stop them melting?

To make certain that your Chocolate arrives in optimum condition we use hot weather protection- thermal control packaging (insulated cooling packs) so your chocolates do not melt. Please make sure that someone will be at the delivery address on the big day. However Packing will be changed depending upon current whether situation .

 

What happens if the chocolates are damaged or melted upon delivery?

If the worst happens and your chocolate gift is damaged on the way, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a photograph of the disaster. You will need to quote your order number and email us photos of the damaged/melted goods. Be certain to contact us immediately. We will then arrange for an immediate replacement of the damaged gift.

 

What does all of this mean?
